Eyes And Whys AB is the data controller for this website. We collect as little data as possible and do not sell or share your information with third parties.

What we collect

Our server automatically logs standard access data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) for security and operational purposes, on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We also use Simple Analytics to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it over time. Simple Analytics does not use cookies, does not track individuals across sites, and does not collect personal data. The aggregated data it provides (page views, referrers, device types) cannot be used to identify you.

Hosting

The site is hosted via Cloudflare, which processes technical request data on our behalf to ensure secure delivery. Data may be processed outside the EU/EEA under appropriate safeguards (adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses).

When you contact us

If you email us or reach out via Google Calendar or LinkedIn, we use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not store it in any separate system or use it for marketing. Those platforms act as independent data controllers under their own privacy policies. If our contact leads to a formal engagement, data processing will be governed by the relevant agreement.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
